    Due to the atrocious weather across the UK on Friday, Liz was unforunately unable to get to Hemsby.  Apologies to all who went and hoped to see her.  Lil is absolutely gutted, and we are looking into setting a new date soon.


  • Nations Favourite Cities, VH1

    Liz recently pre-recorded a segment in Liverpool for this VH1 programme shown at 10am - 1pm and 7pm - 10pm, which visits talks about several cities around the UK with a particular music heritage.  The cities have been selected on the basis of the numbers of hit singles they have scored (Did you know that Liverpool officially holds the world`s highest score with 56 number 1 singles from Liverpool bands!). Liz presents the Liverpool feature which was filmed at the Albert Dock, The Cavern Club, Mathew St Hall of Fame and Paul McCartney`s childhood home at Forthlin Rd.  At 5pm - 6pm they also play a number of songs with the Liverpool link, other cities have similar slots throughout the day.

    Liz is one of the judges on the UK's hotest dance competition, Bump'N'Grind, which is being shown on Mondays at 5pm on Trouble.  16 finalists are deduced to 12 on 16th October, down to 8 on 23rd October, and down to the final four on 30th October.  The live final takes place on Sunday 5th November. See the Bump'N'Grind website for more details.

    Liz, along with Kitten bandmate Natasha Hamilton and Icelandic chums Nylon, have announced they will be appearing at the Denby Dale Festival on Sunday 13th August.

  • Bump & Grind, Trouble TV

    Lil is on the judging panel of Bump & Grind... if you think you can dance and wanna prove it in front of millions - here's your chance!

    Auditions are being held in:

    • Manchester on Saturday 15th July at The Dance House, Oxford Road
    • Birmingham on Tuesday 18th July at The Hippodrome, Hurst Street
    • London on Saturday 22nd July at the Mermaid Theatre, Puddle Dock, Blackfriars


    Doors open at 8am so make sure you get there early!

    On July 1st Trouble will be launching an interactive/online competition to fast track 15 of you to the front of the judges of one of the 3 audition venues, keep checking their website for details... For further information you can email bumpngrind@princesstv.com. Even better, why not call the ‘Bump N Grind team on 0207 985 1841.

    Terms and Conditions
    You gotta be 18 or over on the day of the audition.
    The competition is open to both girls and boys.
    It is important that you bring a recognised form of identification with you that includes your date of birth. Acceptable forms of ID can be a passport, birth certificate or driving licence. Without this ID and proof of age you will not be admitted to the audition.

    Auditions will be filmed for future broadcast.
